## Returns & Refunds

At OddityBox, customer satisfaction matters. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.

### Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and in their original condition
• Include original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable
• Be returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

### Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged
• The item is faulty
• The wrong item was sent

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

### Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos where possible

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

### Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and supplier restrictions, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. These include:
• Candles
• Wax melts
• Incense products
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Perishable goods
• Plants and natural items
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Opened cosmetics or body products
• Hazardous materials or flammable goods
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, please contact us before purchasing.

### Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to:
1. Request a return for the original item
2. Place a new order separately once the return is approved

### EU Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Returned items must still meet the return eligibility conditions outlined above.

### Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
• Banks and payment providers may take additional time to complete the transaction

### Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
